📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees
- Generate monthly financial reports and provide analysis to management
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations
- Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank statements
- Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations
- Provide financial support and advice to ensure operational efficiency
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or financial roles
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certification in professional accounting (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus
