📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social media content strategies to engage our audience and drive brand awareness.,Create and schedule engaging posts, including images, videos, and graphics, using various social media platforms.,Monitor and analyze social media performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns and promotions.,Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our content is relevant and appealing.,Assist in the development and maintenance of our social media calendar and content library.,Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our social media efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in social media marketing or a similar role.,Proven experience in creating and managing social media content for various platforms.,Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices for engagement and growth.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.,Proficiency in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.,Familiarity with graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
