📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire client onboarding process using JTC Onboard system
• Verify and validate client information to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary documentation and information
• Provide exceptional customer service to new clients, answering queries and addressing concerns
• Ensure all regulatory requirements and internal policies are met during the onboarding process
• Monitor and report on onboarding metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Assist in the development and implementation of onboarding procedures and best practices
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to enhance the onboarding process

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in client onboarding or administrative roles within the financial services industry
• Proficient in using JTC Onboard system and other relevant software tools
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the financial services industry
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
