📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food according to the restaurant's standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.,Stock and manage inventory of food and kitchen supplies.,Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Assist in training new kitchen staff.,Ensure all food is prepared and served according to the restaurant's quality standards.,Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.,Participate in kitchen meetings and follow the restaurant's policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
