In this role, you will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD and Primavera P6. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
Develop and maintain project plans using AutoCAD and Primavera P6.
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.
Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure work meets specifications.
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure their expectations are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Primavera P6.
Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Construction Management (CPM) is a plus.
Strong understanding of Indonesian construction laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
