📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily laboratory operations and ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.,Lead and mentor junior lab technicians, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.,Conduct and supervise various laboratory tests and analyses, ensuring accuracy and reliability of results.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory processes.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project objectives and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory efficiency and effectiveness.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a laboratory setting.,Proven track record of managing and supervising laboratory staff.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using laboratory software and equipment.,Valid certification in laboratory safety and quality assurance.
