As a Maintenance Engineer in Sysgen, you will be responsible for the upkeep and improvement of infrastructure and utility systems in premier hotels and resorts across Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. This role is ideal for a professional seeking to leverage their expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of utility infrastructure to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades and improvements, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to utility systems, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to operations.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive maintenance schedules and documentation, including work orders, inspection reports, and system logs.
• Provide technical support and training to staff on the proper operation and maintenance of utility systems.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in utility infrastructure and technologies, and recommend suitable solutions for implementation.
• Work closely with project managers and engineers to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance engineering, with a focus on utility infrastructure in the hospitality industry.
• Certification in relevant areas such as HVAC, electrical systems, or plumbing is a plus.
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar tools.
