📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
  • Ensure that the restaurant is clean and well-maintained
  • Manage the staff and ensure that they are well-trained and motivated
  • Ensure that the restaurant is profitable and meets its financial targets
  • Ensure that the restaurant complies with all health and safety regulations
  • Ensure that the restaurant provides excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers
  • Ensure that the restaurant is stocked with the correct ingredients and supplies

    Kualifikasi:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
  • A degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Experience with POS systems and inventory management software
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
