📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage costs.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment by implementing and enforcing health and safety policies and procedures.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Train and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Proven track record of managing successful restaurant operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and cost control systems.,Experience with POS systems and sales data analysis tools is a plus.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
