Makmur Fajar Medical Center is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in sales transactions, managing cashier operations, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with excellent communication skills and a passion for healthcare products.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sales transactions and provide product information to customers.,Manage cashier operations, including processing payments and handling cash.,Ensure accurate record-keeping of sales transactions and inventory.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues.,Assist in stock management and reordering of supplies as needed.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the cashier area.,Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily and monthly sales targets.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Knowledge of cash handling and basic accounting principles.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
