Tanggung Jawab:

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding sales talent.
  • Strong understanding of the sales industry and the ability to identify and attract top sales talent.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
