Resto Jaya Medical Center is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and maintaining strong customer relationships. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Manage the sales team and provide coaching and mentoring.,Prepare sales reports and present them to the management team.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events.,Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong understanding of CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
