National University Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior/Manager, Group Facilities Management with a focus on Fire Safety to join our team in Bali. This is a full-time position located in Bali, Indonesia. The salary range for this role is IDR 20,000,000 - 30,000,000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive fire safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular fire safety inspections and audits.
  • Ensure compliance with all fire safety regulations and standards.
  • Train and educate staff on fire safety protocols and emergency procedures.
  • Coordinate with emergency services and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain fire safety equipment and systems.
  • Investigate and report on fire incidents and near-misses.
  • Ensure the continuous improvement of fire safety measures.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Fire Safety, Facilities Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in fire safety management.
  • Certification in Fire Safety Management (e.g., CFSM, NFPA) is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in using fire safety management software.
  • Familiarity with emergency response procedures.
