📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and evaluate potential sites for Erajaya's projects.,Negotiate with property owners to secure sites at competitive prices.,Coordinate with the project team to ensure that all sites meet the required specifications.,Manage the site acquisition process from start to finish, including due diligence, negotiations, and closing.,Monitor the market trends and competition to ensure that Erajaya remains competitive in the site acquisition market.,Prepare and present reports on site acquisition activities to senior management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and other key stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site acquisition, preferably in the hospitality or retail sector.,Proven track record of successful negotiations with property owners.,Strong knowledge of the Bali market and the ability to identify and secure potential sites.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and project management skills.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in site acquisition.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
