📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.,Assist in the administration of patient care plans and ensure they are followed through.,Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care.,Organize and participate in social activities and support groups for patients.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of patient meals and supplies.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development.,Assist in the organization of community outreach programs and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a social work or patient care assistant role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Empathy and compassion for patients and their families.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred.
