📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations and standards.,Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely payment of suppliers and employees.,Resolve customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and ensure the store is well-maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.,Familiarity with marketing and sales strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
