📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in managing key client relationships and maintaining strong customer satisfaction.
  • Support the Key Account Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations and reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and databases.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with the Indonesian market and customer behavior is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
