📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the day-to-day operations of the coffee production and distribution processes.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of raw materials and equipment.,Monitor and report on operational performance metrics, such as production output, quality control, and cost efficiency.,Develop and implement operational improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and profitability.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance standards are met.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategic plans and goals for the company.,Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar operational management role in the coffee industry or a related field.,Strong knowledge of coffee production processes, quality control, and distribution.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with ERP systems and project management software is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
