📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing procurement activities, including purchasing, vendor selection, and contract negotiations.,Support the procurement team in maintaining accurate records of all procurement transactions.,Assist in preparing and reviewing purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement-related documents.,Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure timely delivery of materials.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.,Provide administrative support to the procurement manager as needed.,Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all procurement activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus.
