📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.,Maintain and update procurement records and databases.,Support the procurement manager in developing and implementing procurement strategies.,Monitor market trends and identify new suppliers and products.,Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of procurement needs.,Conduct regular supplier evaluations and performance reviews.,Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and presentations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or related roles.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant procurement software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.,English language proficiency is a plus.
