📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software.,Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting and resolving IT issues.,Monitor and maintain network and server performance.,Ensure the security and integrity of the organization's IT systems and data.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Conduct regular IT audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.,Provide training and guidance to employees on IT-related matters.,Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and operating systems.,Familiarity with IT security best practices and protocols.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Fluency in English is a plus.
