📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on new processes and procedures.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives.
  • Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their training goals.
  • Maintain and update training materials and resources.
  • Ensure compliance with all training and development policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in training and development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Familiarity with training software and tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Indonesian and English (written and spoken).
