📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of cashiers to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Provide excellent customer service to both customers and internal teams.,Handle cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and other financial services.,Monitor cash drawer levels and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Train and develop new team members to ensure high standards of performance.,Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role in a financial institution or retail environment.,Proven leadership and team management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in using cash handling and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
