📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth business processes,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Develop and implement operational procedures and protocols,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and standards,Manage and maintain inventory levels and supplies,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration,Assist in the development and implementation of new operational initiatives,Provide operational support during peak periods or special events

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in operations or related field,Strong organizational and time management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint),Ability to work well in a team and independently,Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems is a plus,Bahasa Indonesia and English language skills (written and spoken)
