📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve operational efficiency,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement,Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations,Maintain accurate records of logistics activities and generate reports for management,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies,Develop and maintain strong relationships with logistics partners and service providers,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role,Strong understanding of logistics management principles and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using logistics management software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian logistics regulations and requirements,Knowledge of English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
