Pratama Insurance is seeking a dedicated Site Engineer to join our team. As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our insurance sites. This is a remote position, offering flexible working hours and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to site equipment and systems.,Coordinate with field technicians and vendors to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.,Monitor site performance and report any issues to the management team.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.,Ensure all site documentation is up-to-date and readily available for review.,Provide technical support to site staff as needed.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance site operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the insurance or related industry.,Strong knowledge of technical systems and equipment used in insurance operations.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficient in using technical software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits.
