📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to drive business growth.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the SME banking sector.,Provide expert advice and solutions to clients to meet their financial needs.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve team targets and individual goals.,Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to build relationships and stay updated on market trends.,Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities.,Provide regular reports and updates to the management on sales activities and client interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development in the banking or financial services industry.,Strong understanding of SME banking products and services.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
