📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records.,Provide financial analysis and advice to senior management to support decision-making.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.,Lead and mentor junior finance and accounting staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior finance and accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.,Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA is a plus.
