We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Proposal & Tender Engineer to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. This role is crucial in developing and submitting competitive proposals for Building Management Systems (BMS) and Building Automation Systems projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the industry and a proven track record of successful project delivery.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and submit competitive proposals for BMS and Building Automation Systems projects.,Conduct site visits and technical surveys to gather information for proposal preparation.,Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for project proposals.,Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely proposal submission.,Analyze and evaluate tender documents to identify project requirements and opportunities.,Maintain and update technical knowledge of BMS and Building Automation Systems.,Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and project teams.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in BMS or Building Automation Systems, with a focus on proposal and tender activities.,Proven track record of successful project delivery and proposal submission.,Strong knowledge of BMS and Building Automation Systems, including their components, functions, and applications.,Proficiency in technical drawing software and proposal preparation tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and project teams.,Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and regulations is a plus.
