📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales tracking.,Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and meets all health and safety standards.,Train and develop store staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about products and services.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are processed correctly.,Collaborate with the corporate office to ensure store performance aligns with company goals.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the store.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or food service management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in using computer software for inventory management and sales tracking.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the food and beverage industry is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
