IFG Life Insurance is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Talent Management & Acquisition Intern to join our team. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or students to gain valuable experience in the field of human resources. The intern will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, talent management, and other HR-related tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.,Support the talent management process, including onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.,Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the talent acquisition field.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry and maintaining HR documents.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of HR strategies and initiatives.,Assist in the organization of HR events and activities, such as recruitment fairs and employee engagement programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Strong interest in the field of human resources and talent acquisition.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.,Fluency in English is a plus.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and responsibilities.
