📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and brew high-quality coffee using our espresso machines and other brewing equipment.
• Assist customers with their coffee orders, ensuring they receive the best possible experience.
• Operate our point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized café environment, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
• Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve our offerings.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista or in a customer service role in a café or similar setting.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using POS systems and basic office software.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
