Industrial Engineer - Process Optimization & NPI Support

In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline production lines, implement lean manufacturing principles, and ensure seamless integration of new products. By leveraging your expertise in process optimization and NPI support, you'll contribute to GBM Electronics' ongoing growth and success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives by conducting process feasibility studies and developing process documentation.
• Collaborate with production teams to implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct root cause analysis and propose corrective actions to address quality and productivity issues.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track process improvements and productivity gains.
• Provide technical guidance and training to production teams on best practices and process improvements.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial engineering, process optimization, or manufacturing.
• Proficient in using lean manufacturing tools and techniques, such as Value Stream Mapping (VSM), 5S, and Kaizen.
• Familiarity with manufacturing software, such as SAP, AutoCAD, or SolidWorks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to travel to multiple sites as needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
