📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our clients' products and services.
• Manage digital and traditional advertising campaigns, including social media, email, and print.
• Create compelling content for various marketing materials, such as brochures, websites, and social media posts.
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform marketing decisions.
• Collaborate with sales teams to drive revenue growth through effective marketing efforts.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients and internal teams.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and advertising.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in marketing and advertising, with a focus on digital marketing and sales.
• Proficient in using marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Hootsuite.
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
