📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-impact systems that align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that solutions meet business needs.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, working closely with developers and IT teams.
• Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure that solutions are robust and user-friendly.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and team members.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, incorporating innovative solutions into our systems.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all systems and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role, with a strong background in business analysis.
• Certification in relevant technologies such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Proficiency in using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and other project management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
