Our SPX Express hub in Canggu is a key player in Shopee's logistics network, handling a significant volume of shipments daily. As the Hub Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of 10-15 operations staff, ensuring they are well-trained and motivated to deliver exceptional service. You will also work closely with our regional and national logistics teams to optimize routes and improve efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations at the SPX Express hub in Canggu, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of Shopee's products.
• Manage a team of 10-15 operations staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are well-trained and motivated.
• Work closely with regional and national logistics teams to optimize routes and improve efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in the logistics industry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and ensure seamless delivery of products.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the performance of the SPX Express hub.
• Represent Shopee at industry events and conferences to build relationships and stay updated on the latest trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and operations management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, JDA, or similar.
• Certification in logistics and supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CLM, or similar) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
