As an Import Export Staff, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our international trade, from sourcing raw materials to exporting finished products. You will work closely with our suppliers, customers, and logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective transactions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and monitor all import-export transactions, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers and customers for the best prices and terms.
• Prepare and submit necessary documentation for customs clearance, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Track and manage inventory levels to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to arrange transportation and shipping of goods.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to import-export operations.
• Stay updated with changes in international trade laws and regulations, and ensure compliance.
• Provide support to the sales and marketing teams in identifying and developing new international markets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in import-export operations or related roles.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with international trade software and systems, such as SAP or similar.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both in English and Indonesian.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
