As our Creative Media Producer, you will be responsible for managing the entire production process, from concept development to final delivery. You will work with a variety of tools and software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, and social media management platforms. This role is perfect for someone with a minimum of 3 years of experience in multimedia production, a strong portfolio showcasing your work, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the digital landscape.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the concept, production, and distribution of multimedia content for our clients
• Work closely with creative directors and production teams to ensure high-quality content
• Manage the entire production process, from concept development to final delivery
• Develop and implement content strategies that align with our clients' business goals
• Monitor and analyze the performance of our content to ensure it effectively communicates our clients' messages
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the digital landscape
• Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure our content is aligned with our overall marketing strategy
• Manage a team of junior producers and content creators

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in multimedia production
• Strong portfolio showcasing your work in multimedia production
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, and other relevant software
• Experience with social media management platforms
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and content strategy
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
